High performance Integrated Starter-Generator (ISG) aviation engine
The horizontally opposed twin-cylinder two-stroke electronic fuel injection engine is used, providing the ability to adapt to all-weather operations in high-altitude, high-temperature, severe cold, and harsh weather conditions. The onboard high-power generator offers a power output of over 1000W, fully meeting the demands of simultaneous operation of multiple systems. During flight, the generator can charge the main power battery in real-time, improving energy utilization efficiency and ensuring the safe takeoff and landing of the drone in extreme environments.

Adjustable fuel flow control system
The fuel oil supply pipeline adopts integrated module design, which is easy to install and replace. A high-performance oil pump is used to ensure normal fuel supply, and a fuel pressure regulator is provided to ensure that the fuel pressure supplied to the engine meets the requirements. The oil circuit is equipped with a self-sealing quick-release joint to ensure that the fuel will not leak and is easy to replace and disassemble. The oil drain port is convenient and fast, with high reliability and not easy to operate incorrectly.


Explosion-proof aviation fuel tank
Kevlar explosion-proof fuel tank adopts the form of thin-wall soft fuel tank and composite shell. Its built-in soft fuel tank is composed of synthetic rubber and high-strength fabric, which has good toughness and impact resistance, while the inside of the fuel tank is filled with polyurethane sponge, which effectively suppresses explosion and fire. The composite shell is made of Kevlar material, with the bottom filled with EVA sponge, which makes the fuel tank as a whole resistant to falling and improves the overall safety performance of the fuel tank.

Isolated Avionics Power Supply System
The avionics system employs an isolated power supply design that, through electrical isolation, ensures a stable power source for critical onboard systems—such as the flight control, navigation, and communication systems—thus preventing adverse effects from power fluctuations and ensuring reliable equipment operation. The power supply system integrates functions for monitoring input/output voltage, current, and temperature, along with control capabilities, providing real-time oversight of the power supply's status and further ensuring the stable operation of both the power system and connected devices.

Airborne bus network design
The design includes both an onboard low-speed bus and a high-speed bus. The low-speed bus utilizes CAN communication and handles data exchange between the flight control system and onboard sensor, power, and monitoring systems. In contrast, the high-speed bus employs Ethernet communication, primarily responsible for the communications of the onboard SLAM navigation system, GNSS navigation system, mission payload, and other related systems.

Customization and Extension Solutions
V1 supports third-party payload retrofit compatibility. The entire system is equipped with a 1000W power supply capacity and a maximum payload of 40kg. The external pod design allows for effective adaptation to various irregular payload installations. The flight platform also reserves programmable switches and multiple data interfaces to meet customer-specific customization needs.
